| The National Migrant Education Conference will be held in beautiful, colorful, exciting San Antonio, Texas! | |||
| DATES: Sunday May 3, 2009 through Wednesday May 6, 2009 (with meetings to be held on Saturday, May 2) | |||
| LOCATION: Marriott Rivercenter and Riverwalk Hotels (on the River in downtown San Antonio) | |||
| Note that this conference, just like our last conference in San Antonio five years ago, will be held during Cinco de Mayo week (Cinco de Mayo is on Tuesday). | |||
| We promise a very substantive educational conference with more than 160 workshops and four general sessions, which will help all migrant educators and staff better assist the migrant families, children, and youth, with whom we work. In addition, we promise cultural themes and events consistent with our wonderful location in San Antonio and Cinco de Mayo week! | |||
